How much does it cost to finish an unfinished basement?
To figure out how much your basement will cost, you need to consider the size of your basement and the finishes you want. On average, an 800-square-foot basement with a three-piece bathroom will cost $42,000-$46,000. However, the cost really depends on a variety of factors and can be discussed with our team further.
What is your payment plan?
We have a seven payment pay-as-you-go plan. We take a small ($1,000) deposit at contract signing to kick off the design process. All other payments are tied to completion milestones.
What to do with an unfinished basement?
A finished basement is a great way to add living space to your home, but it can be even more than that. It could be a rental unit or a room for guests, a playroom for kids, or a man cave for Dad. Our designers can work with you to see what ideas can be created in your home, so let's get started!
How long will my basement project take?
Once again, it depends! On average, a basement under 1000 sqf with a bathroom without any custom cabinetry will take 3-4 weeks to complete. The larger the scope of work the longer the timelines, especially when custom bars and kitchens are involved.
